PAC Technologies inaugurates new headquarters in Dubai Industrial Park

Under the patronage and presence of His Highness Sheik Tahnoun Bin Saeed Al Nahyan, PAC Technologies inaugurated its new headquarters and premises in Dubai Industrial Parks (by Dubai Wholesale City). The location is close to the Expo 2020 and Al Maktoum International Airport. The inauguration was attended by His Excellency Fouad Chehab Dandan, Ambassador of the Lebanese Republic in the UAE, Mr. Abdullah Belhoul CEO of Dubai Whole City, Mr. Saud Alshawareb Executive Vice President – Industrial Leasing, along with senior officials from Dubai Industrial Park, Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Police, and Dubai Municipality. Major consultants, contractors, and readymix and precast concrete producers in the region were also present.

The new industrial landmark, built according to Dubai Municipality’s green building specifications, includes a state-of-the-art laboratory and R&D center, three production lines, and offices. These facilities will cater to the local and export market of construction chemicals. Michel Nachef, the Managing Director and founder of PAC Technologies LLC, expressed confidence in the UAE’s wise leadership, which encourages and facilitates investment in the local industrial sector. With Expo 2020 approaching and ambitious expansion plans across the Middle East and Africa, PAC Technologies required a facility in a strategic and well-organized industrial area to meet current and anticipated market demands.

Apart from doubling its production capacity, the new facilities provide dedicated leisure amenities for PAC’s workers, including a kitchen, rest area, mosque, and other amenities to improve their well-being. The company has also implemented additional filters, dust collectors, and equipment to enhance efficiency and comply with international environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Initially a greenfield company, PAC Technologies now manufactures key products used in major projects throughout the region. This includes a product developed in collaboration with Korean counterparts and technical partners for the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant Project in Abu Dhabi, as well as numerous landmark projects in the UAE and abroad.
